i’ve always wanted to do water color rendering of rooms for my clients….beyond floor plans, tear sheets and mood boards, i think this would be a brilliant way to illustrate the vision for rooms…and then the client can have them….also, they are so pretty!

i love these water colors from elizabeth hoopes that i found on architectural digest. the exhibition of works she did for the legendary McMillen inc. were recently on display new york school of interior design.

i hope this trend and this type of art returns….there’s always a need for pretty paintings.
