yesterday i did a post on interior designer renzo mongiardino/ see here, the master of pattern play and layers. i couldn’t help but see the connection, quite possibly a source of inspiration for tory burch’s new pre-fall 2017 collection.

i think it has something to do with the colors, the tones, the prints, the embroideries, the embellishments, and most definitely the paisley textiles with the intricate borders hanging behind model grace hartzel.

i don’t know about you, but this collection reminds me of and looks very similar to a great renzo mongiardino room.
