there are these times when i get a magazine, not very often though, that there is a project i can’t get out of my mind and that i can’t stop looking at. that’s what happened with this house in greece.
sometimes i cannot pinpoint the intrigue, but this time i do know what it is. it’s the blue painted floors and lighter blue ceilings. it’s the a bit darker blue doors through out. it’s the hap hazard mix of furnishings that just works (i mean that daybed in the middle of the living room is genius)…and i’m a fabric guy, i love fabrics, and i love the fabric combinations in this house- i spy bennison, raoul, penny morrison, pierre frey, and my favorite, bujosa ikats.
truly, i love this house, it’s my ideal and it’s my idea of a true “escape”, so refreshing, so unique, so special, so not like everything else. enjoy!
