i’m in dallas this week opening the new draper james store. we are excited to have designed the sister store to the draper james in nashville…it’s going to be amazing. more on that soon.
every time i come to dallas i make a stop by forty five ten, the chic store that has a mix from classics to avant garde, and it has the best lunch spot in town.
i’m especially excited to visit this trip because fashion “it” girl taylor tomasi hill, a dallas native and moda operandi alum, has taken on a new role of creative director. the store is going through a bit of a revamp and they are about to open a 37,000 square foot space downtown. i guess i’ll have a new place in dallas to visit each time i’m here come november. read about it all here.
taylor has also opened a new small concept store in highland park village. i peeked in the windows last night. it looks like it’s filled with everything i love- stripes, denim, trenches, fun accessories.
i’m pretty blown away with the new marketing campaign of forty five ten. if this is any indication of what’s to come, it looks like it’s going to be great fun. here are the images that have taylor’s hand all over them.
they say everything is bigger and better in texas and it looks like forty five ten is making it even bigger, better and more fun!
