earlier this week i did a post on clean and simple rooms i love. there is not i home that can think of that defines this sensibility better than calvin klein’s miami home. ironically his miami home is up for sale and some new pictures have surfaced…i really can’t get enough, it’s go good!

the home was built in 1929, it overlooks 113 feet of open water, and it is about 5,800 square feet. i had no idea that axel vervoordt designed the interiors, but he did.
if you want an open, airy, minimal, clean and simple place, it can be yours for sixteen million, even better, maybe it will be mine!
